"Easy, reliable, and worth it"
I ordered some party supplies and everything showed up quickly, packed really well, and exactly as expected. The prices felt fair too, which made the whole thing easy and stress-free. It’s nice when the little details come together like that because it lets you focus more on actually enjoying the event. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Found what I needed"
I found the stuff I was looking for, so that part was fine. Checkout just felt kind of slow, like I was standing there waiting and... yeah, it could’ve been quicker.

"Looks cute, but the fabric was a whole situation"
At first glance, I was like, okay, this looks nice! But then I actually touched the fabric and immediately felt betrayed. It just felt really cheap, like not at all what I was expecting. Maybe it looks fine in photos, but in person the material kind of ruined it for me

"I was expecting the quality to be a..."
I was expecting the quality to be a bit better based on how everything looked online. Some of the pieces did look nice at first, but a few felt cheap in person and bent way too easily. It wasn’t terrible, just not as solid as I thought it would be.

"Mostly okay, but the missing item was a hassle"
My order showed up quickly, but one of the items wasn’t in the box. I emailed customer service and they did get back to me after about a day or so, then sent the missing item out. It did arrive, but unfortunately later than I really needed it, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do think it could’ve been handled a little faster.

"Helpful Support, Just Caught Them at a Bad Time"
Support was really nice and friendly, but I think I must’ve reached out at a bad time because it took a while to get a reply. Once they got back to me though, they were helpful and I got everything sorted in the end

"Came Through When I Needed It"
I ordered late for my kid’s party and wasn’t sure it would make it in time. I sent them a message, and they were really helpful and got things sorted quickly. It arrived right before the weekend, which was a huge relief. The only small thing is I wish the tracking updated a bit faster, but based on this experience, they seem like the kind of company that actually helps when it matters. Overall, I’m really happy.

"Not what was described"
I ordered a few party items the descriptions on the site didn’t match what arrived. Some of the sizes and colours were different, and there were details missing that would’ve been useful to know beforehand. I even went back and checked my order receipt and the confirmation email because I thought maybe I’d missed something, but it still didn’t line up. Frustrating when you’re buying stuff for an event and need it to be right. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Nice colours but not super sturdy"
I ordered some party decorations from Party Essentials and they looked nice when they showed up. The colours were good and matched the photos well enough. The quality was a bit hit and miss though. A few things held up fine but some of the paper decorations tore while I was putting them up and the table covers felt thinner than I expected. They did the job for one party but I probably would not plan on reusing much of it.

"Arrived in Good Shape"
I ordered some party supplies they were packed better than I expected. Nothing was crushed or broken, and the paper plates stayed flat, which I was kind of relieved about. The box did have a little dent on one side, but since everything inside was fine, I guess that’s what matters, right? I do think they could maybe use a little less plastic in the packaging, but overall I was happy with how it all arrived

Checkout was simple and it doesn’t took long. I liked that the payment options were easy to see, and the delivery cost was shown before I paid. The only small thing was the page load a bit slow for me at one point, but it went through fine in the end

I grabbed a few packs for a party they were kind of crap. Loads of them popped while we were blowing them up, which was annoying as hell. The colours were decent enough, but the quality just felt cheap and a bit useless.

I ordered some party plates balloons and a few little decorations. The prices were good and cheaper than a couple other sites I looked at. Shipping was okay not super fast but it got here fine. Some of the stuff was basic but for the price I really can’t complain. I’d probably use them again for budget party stuff.

"Made it right in the end"
My order showed up with a couple of items missing, which was frustrating since I needed everything for a party that weekend. I emailed them and, to their credit, they replied the next day and sent the missing items out right away. They arrived in time, so it worked out in the end. Mistakes happen, but I do think companies should take responsibility when they mess up, and they did. Taking one star off for the mix-up.

"I was relieved they had the party…"
I was relieved they had the party supplies I needed, since a few other sites did not. I ordered a bunch of decorations and plates, and the whole order went through without any issues. It made getting ready for the weekend a lot less stressful. I would definitely use them again.

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a While"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected—actually, longer than I think it should have. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little frustrating waiting around for it.
